Personal Data Collection Statement

1. The personal data you have provided will be used by us for the provision of those services and programmes which you have enrolled and promotion of other services and programmes from time to time offered by us. The personal data may also be disclosed to our sub-contractors, agents, and professional advisers, the HKSAR Government and other service providers from time to time to be appointed by the HKSAR Government in our place for the provision of services to you. In addition, the HKSAR Government may also use the personal data for the purposes of conducting research and surveys, monitoring the services which we provide, and enforcing the project agreement between us and the HKSAR Government in relation to the services, and all other purposes arising from or incidental to the aforementioned purposes. The personal data provided may be disclosed by the HKSAR Government to other public bodies or such other person as the HKSAR Government considers appropriate for any of the aforesaid purposes.
2. By submitting this application, you are regarded to have agreed to the disclosure and use of personal data as specified in Paragraph 1 above.
3. You have the right of access and correction with respect to your personal data as provided for in sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The right of access includes the right to obtain a copy of your personal data provided in the application.
4. Enquiries concerning the personal data collected by means of this application, including the making of access and corrections, should be addressed to our Personal Data Privacy Officer.
